Overall Coordination of Plant Management in the Mfg. Operations and Equipment Maintenance; Identifies, Develops, Plans, and Implements Capital Projects, Develops and Maintains all Preventive Maintenance Programs, Defines Improved Process Flows to Support the Plant Operations and Continued Improvement Process, Overall Responsibility in Environmental Compliance Conformance, Meet and /or Exceed Client and/or Customer Expectations, Actively Participates on Assigned Teams and Projects, Participates in Hiring needs, Employee Selection and Training Process, Provides Communication on Expectations, Motivates Team Members, Provides Team Leadership Consistent with Company Vision and Mission, Ensures Policies are Followed and Provides Guidance and Discipline, Provides a Safe and Productive Work Environment / Including Housekeeping, Working in Team Principles, Supervises Repair and Maintenance Personnel, Manages 24/7 Operation of 50 Employees, Detailed Oriented, Comprehends Chemical Reaction, Maintains Statistics / Reports, Assist in Operators Determining Formulas to Utilize with Different Manufacturing Processes, Willing to be Hands On with Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance, Provides Direction and Organizational Structure to Personnel, Assures Continuous PM on Machines, Ability to Progress in Other Management Areas, BS in Engineering Preferred, but Extensive Experience and Ability in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Operations Considered, Operation Start up Experience is a Plus, Building and Facilities Maintenance is a Plus, At Least 5 Years Supervisory Experience, Good Communicator, Dependable / Reliable.
